Robotics Club at Durham

The Robotics Club is in it's first year at Durham and is the newest addition to the after school club program. Our Robotics Club is a two part program, with 3rd grade students being actively involved in the construction of robotic model. 4th and 5th grade students are involved in the Lego Mindstorms program where they continue to construct robotic models and also learn and practice computer programming of those same robotic models that they have created. In addition 4th and 5th grade students take part in robotics competitions where they can apply the skills that they have learned and practiced.
